1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PinPoint Golf ("PinPoint," "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including golfers and golf course administrators.

2. Description of Service

PinPoint is an AI-powered golf practice companion. It provides personalized practice plans, drills, and coaching conversations to help golfers get more out of their range sessions. PinPoint is also offered to golf courses as a white-label tool to enhance the golfer experience at their facility.

3. AI Coaching Disclaimer

PinPoint's AI coach provides general golf practice guidance and is not a substitute for instruction from a qualified PGA professional. Responses are generated by an AI model and may not be accurate for every individual's swing, fitness level, or circumstances. Always consult a certified instructor for personalized, professional coaching.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service.
• Submit content that is abusive, harassing, or otherwise harmful through the AI chat.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.

5. Golf Course Administrators

Golf courses that partner with PinPoint are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to deploy the Service under their branding. Courses are responsible for promoting the Service responsibly to their golfers and must not misrepresent PinPoint's capabilities. Aggregated analytics provided to course administrators are based on anonymized golfer activity data.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials comprising PinPoint are the property of PinPoint Golf and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. PinPoint does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular golf improvement will result from use of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PinPoint Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
