  • Account information — if you create an account, your email address and any profile details you provide.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate and deliver the PinPoint service.
  • To generate personalized practice plans and AI coaching responses.
  • To provide golf course administrators with aggregated, anonymized analytics about how golfers use the app at their facility.
  • To improve the quality and accuracy of AI coaching over time.
  • To communicate with you about updates, support, or changes to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

PinPoint relies on the following third-party providers to operate. Each has its own privacy policy governing data they process:

  • Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure.
  • Anthropic — AI model powering the coaching conversations. Messages sent to the AI coach are processed by Anthropic's API.
  • Vercel — hosting, performance monitoring, and analytics.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below, and we will delete or anonymize it within 30 days.

6. Cookies

PinPoint uses essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how the app is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.
